The Numbers
- Rating: 4.7★ from 18,000+ reviews
- Booked: 800,000+ times
- Price: See live pricing (Klook runs frequent promos; entry plans often under $5)
- Network: AIS 5G / TrueMove 5G
- Unlimited: 15GB/day at full speed, then 1Mbps
- Hotspot: Yes
- Thai number: ❌ No (data-only)
What's Good
- Very cheap AIS 5G data — frequent promos undercut most travel eSIMs
- Generous 15GB/day full-speed allowance on unlimited plans (vs 3GB/day on Airalo)
- Klook's Quality Guarantee — refund before usage or for issues
- Data Bank — unused data rolls to future trips
- Instant delivery, in-app installation, 24/7 support
What's Not
- No Thai phone number — Grab registration and SMS OTPs won't work
- Klook lock-in — purchase, voucher, and support all run through Klook's app
- Data-only — same limitation as Airalo/Saily/Drimsim
Who Should Buy It
✅ Budget travelers who want AIS 5G data at the lowest price ✅ Anyone already booking activities on Klook (one checkout) ❌ Anyone who needs a Thai number → get Yesim instead ❌ Multi-country trips → Airalo regional plans are simpler ❌ Privacy tools / 30-day refund → Saily
Verdict
If "cheapest AIS data, no number needed" describes you, this is one of the best deals in the market. If you need a number, the savings aren't worth the hassle — get a Thai-number eSIM instead. And if you'd rather buy from a dedicated eSIM provider with top-ups and loyalty rewards, Airalo is the closest equivalent.
